Defining Indian, Aboriginal, First Nations and Indigenous People

Due to the amount of information needed to explain our position on Indians in Canada we decided to break it down into 3 distinct individual topics.

1. Using the term Indian in our articles. (This article)
2. Aboriginal Land Claims
3. Undrip (UN Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples)

Using the term Indians as an identity, a local perspective.

Science via DNA has established that First Americans, meaning the first “immigration” by people into North and South America, originated from the European continent, just as did the so called “colonizers” of Canada, only the latter happened more than a few centuries later.

Before anyone flies off the handle about our use of the words Indians as opposed to all the alternatives used.  The term Indian was first used by the Department of Indian Affairs, then it became Indian and Northern Affairs Canada to Aboriginal Affairs and Northern Development Canada. The “woke society” tells us that the word “native” is derogatory and offensive so were leaving that term out.

But there is problem with the term indigenous or aboriginal, as aboriginal means a member of a race of people who were the first people to live in a country, before any colonists arrived (however that is now just a hypothesis)as is the word indigenous, as it is used to refer to the people who originally lived in a place, rather than people who moved there from somewhere else. The problem with using names that have no supporting evidence, it allows for erroneous claims based on thesis as opposed to documented facts.

The most correct term is “First Nations aka First Immigrants to Canada” is based on genetic research though science. There is no supporting evidence to suggest that Indians were the first people to live in a Canada, its a theory based on available information, nothing more or less.

in our region we have many Indian bands, all having overlapping claims of property that they want to call their own, so they can become independently wealthy from owning them. We certainly do not blame them, anyone with that kind of opportunity laid at their feet would do the same. First Nations is a somewhat correct description of immigrants into Canada, as they were the last known nations living here prior to European immigration, there is no historical documentation on who were living here first but DNA sampling has show there is a connection to East Asian populations. “The Asian lineage leading to First Americans is the most anciently diverged, whereas the Asian lineages that contributed some of the DNA to Eskimo-Aleut speakers and the Na-Dene-speaking Chipewyan from Canada are more closely related to present-day East Asian populations,Quoted from here. More quote ““The Asian lineage leading to First Americans is the most anciently diverged, whereas the Asian lineages that contributed some of the DNA to Eskimo-Aleut speakers and the Na-Dene-speaking Chipewyan from Canada are more closely related to present-day East Asian populations,”  To suggest they are aboriginal is a hypothesis without facts that support that claim.

Having said the above we also wish to say that we fully respect our First Nations brothers ans sister, friends and relatives, they are an will always be an integral part of our society. However one must also recognize they are indeed the great great grandchildren of First Nations, and are trying to profit from the injustices of their forefathers that never occurred in their lifetime. Most First Nations people are good, rational and respectful people, its the exceptions to that rule that the media gives all the attention to. Also in our local area we discovered just how much migration took place. No other nation on earth can bill today’s society for the injustices done to their forefathers or Germany would be deeply in dept to Israel just to give one example. Almost all of Europe was destroyed by Germany, and today Germans lead the European Union.

The issues today were created by Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) established the Working Group on Indigenous Populations, and every member of that group is guilty of severe human rights violations, they all want to bring the western world to its kness, thinking that in doing so they might be richer and better off. They are in fact all nations that are bitterly stuggling with poverty, so they align with people they can con into doing their dirty work.

The Gitanyow Chiefs and or including any other Gitxsan Chiefs have invaded lands that belong to the Nisg̱a’a Lisims Government. This is not a case of unceded territory, its land that has already been negotiated between the Nisg̱a’a Lisims Government and the governments of British Columbia and Canada”.

Gitanyow is yet another product of cancel culture, and a total disrespect to the elders of the past, they knew and know they are on land that before they took over belonged to the Tsimshian people. The real and rightful name is Kitwankul, the Kitwankul National Historic Site of Canada is located near the confluence of Kitwankul Creek and the Kitwanka River, in Kitwankul Indian Reserve 1, within the village of Kitwankul. It was the site of a traditional Tsimshian village, featuring houses with traditionally painted exteriors, and monumental art, much of which dated from the mid-to-late 19th century. At the time of designation there were architectural remains including the footprints of buildings, approximately 20 original totem poles, and a cemetery, standing along a main road. Official recognition refers to the site at the time of designation.

Our point is this, contrary to the claim of having lived in a given location since time immemorial, documented history proves otherwise, at very least the province of British Columbia was in a constant state of flux, and killing other Indians was simply part of how life was for all Indians at that time. Documented history by anthropologists are still available to those seeking truth. Every part of British Columbia is being claimed by multiple nations, its a grab bag like a gold rush, by people who are mostly descendants of immigrants who were not racist and married aboriginals, even .05% aboriginal still qualifies individuals for full aboriginal benefits.

The Indians in our region were a transient people, let us not forget the words of Mike Ridsdale in regards to the “The Kweese War Trail” where Mike claimed “According to Wet’suwet’en oral history, the Kweese War Trail is lined with the buried bodies of warriors who lost their lives avenging the murder of Chief Kweese’s wife and son.” According to Mike Ridsdale killed the entire nation living in the Kitamaat Village, today the Haisla people are centred in the Kitamaat Village, the moved here from another territory.

Let me quote testimony from the “Delgamuukw v. British Columbia” land claims case.

“So the warriors quit doing that and they continued travelling over the mountains and then they came over the mountain top above Kitimat. When they come over the mountain top there over Kitimat, the village, the Indian village, it looked like the people down below were suspicious to seen them, so they all stood still and they make themselves look like trees and they stood like that until darkness set over them and then the people in the village all settled down and gone to bed, gone to sleep, and then all the warriors came down off the mountains and they went around the village and they killed everybody.

They cut their throats while they were asleep. When the — when they killed all the villagers there and then all the warriors, they gathered all the regalia and all the belongings and they put it all in one place and they took all their food and then they started feasting.

Indians are not the victims of a so called “colonization” of Canada, they are in fact the major benefactors of the so called colonization, never in their history has life been so good, the population explosion is living proof of a better medical history, the assess to internet, grocery stores, medicare, dental and vision care, the clothing the wear, the trucks and cars they drive, the quads, snowmobiles and every toy they give their children are a direct benefit of colonization. The -problems created a new generation of mixed breed Indians who have hardly any Indian blood in them, not creating all the new rules. We are not saying there were not injustices done, but they were done by both sides, not just the colonials.
They are the problem with greedy land claims, not the original Indians of Canada, These mixed breed Indians see power and money as their primary motivation, and they are fed handsomely by American funded protesters who want to destroy any hopes of Canada become a world power in resources, they want us to ship it to the USA so they can make the money on our resources as they now do with Oil and Gas.

“Evil lies in the hearts of evil men and women, it is not a race issue, and it does not define good Indians or Non Aboriginals.”

the land now called Canada was not under any sovereign ownership at the last wave of immigrants from the European continent, at that same time Indians were killing Indians over who had the right to be on given territory., likewise did the first wave of immigrants came to Canada, and they did lawfully make Canada a sovereign nation, regardless of what the “woke” people will tell you.  There is still a history documented by anthropologists on how First Nations co-existed at the time of Canada coming into existence as a nation, however the “woke” left wing are trying very hard to rewrite history.
