Tuckers Convoy vs.Pipeline Blockades

When you read this story, imagine the same rules, the same logic and compare that to what happened right here in our riding, the Bulkley Valley-Stikine.  This article is not about the rest of Canada, its about OUR backyard, it effected all of us living here, its time to set the record straight.

More important, which one was violent and which one was peaceful?

60 members of Smithers is a lot of people, all about to be charged for daring to attack the “WOKE” takeover of our country. However it took a truckers less than a month to make COVID go away.

Most people even slightly aware of what is going on today are already familiar with the terms,  COVID, Truckers Convoy, Big Red but more importantly Tamara Lich and Chris Barber. Turn back the clock to where we all had to wear masks to protect us from COVID, we were all scared as hell listening to how it was going to creep up behind us and kill us, then comes a bunch of truckers, and suddenly no more COVID or mask mandates. Is that not even slightly suspicious?

NOTE: People from all across Canada, all walks of life were fed up with the Liberal/NDP Coalition imposing the total loss of freedoms on Canadians.

So who was behind this COVID and masks? Well, that is an interesting question, there were two elements in play, one was called “The Great Reset” and the other was the “WHO” (World Health Organization). Both Federal Liberals and provincial NDP used COVID to give them an advantage to get re-elected.

In Canada we have the Tyee, the CBC, the Narwhal, and the National Observer all using tax funded journalists coutesty of the Liberal/NDP coalition.
In Canada we have the Tyee, the CBC, the Narwhal, and the National Observer all using tax funded journalists coutesty of the Liberal/NDP coalition.

So what its all in the past right? Not quite, the Liberals/NDP Coalition was and remains deeply entrenched in the “WOKE” movement and anyone organizing an opposition to that needs not just punishment, but political persecution.

Here are some head shaking news stories.

Tamara Lich, Chris Barber found guilty of mischief at ‘Freedom Convoy’ mischief trial

Lich and Barber were key figures and organizers in the protest that saw hundreds of vehicles and thousands of people occupy downtown Ottawa and insist they would stay until COVID-19 public health mandates were eliminated.

In finding the two guilty of mischief, Ontario Court Justice Heather Perkins-McVey said the evidence shows that the two routinely encouraged people to join or remain at the protest, despite knowing the adverse effect it was having on downtown residents and businesses.

The key words here are guilty of  “encouraged people to join or remain at the protest”.
That’s it
PERIOD

The Judge Perkins-McVey found Lich and Barber not guilty of intimidation and counselling someone to commit intimidation.  Perkins-McVey said intimidation carries a sense of menace or violence. She said the evidence does not support that charge because Lich and Barber repeatedly called for protesters to remain peaceful. Lich and Barber were also found not guilty of obstructing police and counselling someone to obstruct police. Both were arrested without incident ahead of a mass police enforcement operation that began on Feb. 18, 2022, to end the protest entirely. Barber was found guilty of counselling others to disobey a court order for telling people to ignore an injunction issued by a judge directing convoy participants to stop honking their truck horns in downtown Ottawa. Lich was not charged with that offence.  (all quotes from the CTV article link above.)

Now lets be honest here, they were found guilty counselling others to “encouraged people to join or remain at the protest” Ottawa Crown prosecutors are seeking a seven-year prison sentence for Tamara Lich and an eight-year sentence for her co-accused Chris Barber over their roles in organizing the 2022 anti-mandate Freedom Convoy. The Crown alleges the protest amounted to “mass mischief” and an “attack on essential values of democracy,” arguing the demonstration’s impact justifies lengthy prison terms.

Somehow “White Privilege, Reconciliation and UNDRIP ” gives people entitlement to break the law.

We all know that the second you do not support radical aboriginals, or even ones with one drop of aboriginal blood, you no longer have the right to any opinion about aboriginals, but the reverse is fine, even racism targeting whites is fully endorsed.

Having said that our position is very firm, we agree with right, we oppose wrong, no matter what colour you label it. Yes injustice to aboriginals occurred, but its not a licence for retribution. We fully support our aboriginal brothers and sisters, we condemn aboriginals jumping on the anarchist cult movement.

I will sit down soon and hammer out exactly what makes UNDRIP (UN Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples) so obnoxious. (coming soon)

Recall the logic of found guilty counselling others to “encouraged people to join or remain at the protest” You might have watched this very accurate video, but watch it again, and compare it to the truckers convoy, and ask yourself, is justice equal for all, or just the chosen few? Or is it race based?

For the sake of not wasting your time fast forward to about the 9 minute mark or click here regarding the importance of understanding that the Liberal/NDP coalition backed the very people who stole their titles as Wet’suwet’en Hereditary Chiefs. While the truckers convoy was entirely peaceful both Liberal/NDP governments endorsed the criminal elements. Watch this segment of the video. The politics of goverment, claims we do not know who did it, yet one has to be insane to claim that people like Molly Wickham had nothing to do with this. Oddly neither Nathan Cullen or Taylor Bachrack would ever condemn the illegal blockades, they only condemned the RCMP.

Members of the Liberal Party went so far as to suggest bringing in the military to remove the truckers, yet saw no reason to stop the violence and crimes in our back yard.

The Canadian government’s use of the Emergencies Act was unlawful. The Trucker Convoy did not constitute a national emergency. So said a judge of the Federal Court on Tuesday. The decision may help to pull Canada back from the brink of authoritarian rule.

First some stolen quotes

58 people being arrested by the RCMP at a cost of over 20 Million Dollars  all these highly trained and educated police officers doing what they are trained and paid to do. add to that the protesters breaking the law in Hazelton where 14 more people were arrested, then another two more in 2022, so the combined total now is well over 70 arrests of persons intentionally breaking the law and and causing harm to legitimate business that was authorized to operate by the Canadian Goverment.

Its hard to rationalize why these radical protesters, anarchists and hooligans even need to have a defence lawyer when they have the BC Prosecution Service serving them with 100% zero conviction rate. 20 million in taxpayers money flushed down the toilet thanks to the BC Prosecution Service and somehow this does not rate as worthy of headline news?

Let me quote the Vancouver Sun “The B.C. Prosecution Service, which typically has the final say on who gets charged with criminal offences in the province, declined an invitation of the court to press charges. Crown prosecutors said they could not prove nine of the protesters were aware of the injunction when they were arrested. Three others, however, were captured on video having the injunction read to them.”

Call me what you may, but to me it appears that the BC Prosecution Service never ever had any intention of pressing charges, not even against one of the 70 people charged.

Justice Branch agreed that the situation “is not ideal,” but when Crown counsel declined to press charges “the court is effectively left to ‘make the best out of a bad situation.’” Branch noted that “judicial contempt power has existed for as long as courts themselves,” later ruling “that the long term repute of the administration of justice is imperilled by the mass public disobedience of a court order.”

_______________________________________________________

A BC Supreme Court judge in Smithers decided Tuesday, February 18 that three Indigenous anti-pipeline protesters he found guilty in January 2024 of contempt of court will face reduced sentences. WHY?

“The offending conduct here was serious,” Tammen said. “It involved a calculated, prolonged and well-organized attack on a court order, the actions of the accused were a clear attack on the rule of law.” Justice Michael Tammen, however, dismissed the application to stay the charges against Wet’suwet’en Nation’s Molly Wickham (aka Sleydo’), Gitxsan member Shaylynn Sampson, and Corey Jocko, a Mohawk from Akwesasne.  “The offending conduct here was serious,” Tammen said. “It involved a calculated, prolonged and well-organized attack on a court order, the actions of the accused were a clear attack on the rule of law.”  They contravened a December 2019-granted court injunction, but their supporters consider them “land defenders,” allies of Wetʼsuwetʼen hereditary chiefs opposed to a project that is favoured by elected band councillors. The hereditary chiefs’ protest campaign reached a peak in early 2020 with highway and rail blockades across Canada. During his more than two-hour oral decision, Tammen rejected much of the defence application.

Do you seriously expect us to believe that Molly Wickham has no clue as to who did this?

Let me add band councillors were elected to do what the Wet’suwet’en people wanted of them, but somehow stolen title supersedes the wishes of the people. Both Federal and Provincial insist on ignoring the Wet’suwet’en people but prefer to deal with Hereditary Chiefs who simply took the title without traditional protocols. There is no legitimacy in their self proclaimed status.

Here you have it, Molly Wickham calling for the shutdown of Canada, and the Liberal/NDP goverment see’s this as being insignificant while demanding 7 years for “encouraged people to join or remain at the protest.”

On February 9th, 300 members of International Longshore and Warehouse Union Local 502 refused to cross a “picket line” of protesters blocking the access road to the Deltaport in Greater Vancouver that handles $1 billion worth of goods yearly, shutting down the port – the Port of Vancouver was also shut down. Police arrested 57 protesters to reopen them. Mass solidarity actions were organized in cities across the country including 15,000 on a march in Toronto, and bridge, port and road shutdowns in Vancouver. After 2 weeks, the Canadian Manufacturers and Exporters body estimated that $425 million in goods was being stranded daily, and business talked of economic “catastrophe”. PM Trudeau threatened that the government patience was running thin and for the blockades to come down: Wet’suwet’en Hereditary Chiefs responded by pointing out that “there is a difference between inconvenience and injustice”.

There is such an overwhelming library of videos created by the protesters, its hard to decide what to show due to the time constraints our readers might have. Compare the behaviour of the two groups forgetting for a minute about white privilege.

Again compare what the Tamara Lich and Chris Barber who were found guilty of “encouraged people to join or remain at the protest” Molly Wickham is endorsing the criminal behaviour of these terrorists. Molly makes the outright bragging statement that she will invoke yet another “Shut Down Canada” despite it being illegal and despite injunctions that forbid it.

Peaceful Protesters? This video came from Gidimt’en Checkpoint owned and operated by Molly and her sister Jennifer Wickham, the video shows actual footage of the crime in progress, yet nobody was charged? This is evidence, was it ever entered into our courts? Watch the footage, there were the people shutting down the road locking in police officers and more than 600 peoples lives were in danger as a result of what these people did right here on the video.

For those of you who still have time, this is a film the NDP/Liberals do not want you to watch. The Liberals even managed to have this video removed from YouTube.
