Peter Milobar – BC Conservative Leadership Race

Milobar feels like a throwback to the B.C. Liberal era of managerialism and non-ideology. Complicating matters for Milobar was his former leadership campaign manager, who was suspected to have been behind a sabotage campaign targeting the B.C. Conservatives during the 2024 provincial election, on behalf of B.C. United (the ill-fatedly renamed B.C. Liberals). Quote from National Post
Most of you are familiar with the term red flag, “A red flag is a signal, warning, or indication of danger, harm, or a significant problem that requires immediate attention. It serves as a metaphor for issues in relationships, business, or safety, often suggesting that one should stop, slow down, or investigate further before proceeding.“
In the case of Peter Lilobar, there are so many red flags It’s hard to keep track of them all.
Peter Milobar is married to Lianne Milobar. He has publicly stated that his wife and children are Indigenous, and his son-in-law is a member of the Tk’emlúps band. And here’s the kicker, his wife works for the Tk’emlúps band as a Receptionist & Office Assistant.
Peter Milobar also claims he will get rid of DRIPA, the question is can you trust him to do so with such a massive conflict of interest right in his own household?
As late as June 2024, he said he was “100% committed” to BC United/Liberal and staying for “values and integrity.” Then Kevin Falcon shut the party down, and within months Milobar rebranded himself as a Conservative.
On social policy, Milobar supported SOGI 123 and has openly said his position has not changed. That is not aligned with where many Conservatives stand on parental rights and education.
On DRIPA and UNDRIP, he remained aligned with the BC Liberal framework and even acknowledged disagreements with John Rustad, while stating clearly his views were not changing.
On vaccine mandates, he was not leading when healthcare workers were being fired and livelihoods were on the line. Peter changed his position based on a shift in political wind direction.
With his connections to the Federal Liberals it astounds me that Peter Milobar is even a Conservative MLA, this man was so Liberal that he hired the man who is accused of, for bringing down John Rustad to gifting him with being his campaign manager. Then this issue, how did B.C. United and Mark Werner get a hold of the complete B.C. Conservative Members list that we all received a letter from the http://FireJohnRustad.ca ?
This brings us to another Peter Milobar organizer, pay close attention to how this is full of red flags leading back to Peter Milobar’s campaign manager Mark Werner and his role in the John Rustad scandal that opened the door to Peter Milobar to run for the leadership of the BC Conservative Party. While Peter played possum until the connection was made, then instead of firing Mark Werner he allowed Mark to step aside. Read what Elections Canada said about this. Instead of firing Mark Werner, Peter Milobar covers for him, this is so disgusting. Read for yourselves, Mark Werner gets off with stepping back, that’s the extent of Peter Milobar’s morals.
We now need to introduce you to another member of the Peter Milobar election team. Her name is Carol Fielding, she is a solid to the core Federal Liberal. More important is the question of what role she played in connection with the John Rustad scandal?

Oh! But this is not where it ends, let me take you further down the rabbit hole. Is this another connection to the John Rustad scandal?
