Eby does NOT have A VETO on Tanker Bans or Pipelines

Section 92(10)(a) of the British North America Act, 1867, grants provinces the authority to legislate on local works and undertakings, except for those that connect provinces or extend beyond provincial limits, which are under federal jurisdiction. This section was recently referenced in a Supreme Court ruling regarding the Trans Mountain Pipeline, affirming federal authority over interprovincial projects.
